I LOVE living at Hiawatha. First of all, location, location, location - I am near absolutely everything and have a beautiful park next to the building for my dogs. The community is full of nice people and we do some barbeques as neighbors. The property manager Christian has been nothing but helpful. He has been doing some much needed improvements and keeps the place in top shape. Lastly, Peter the maintenance guy fixes EVERYTHING that you might encounter a problem with. And the best part, all of this for very fair prices. Cannot, recommend it enough.

I have been living here since 2020 and the new management is fantastic! Christian is a great property manager, he makes sure that everything is taken care of promptly and really goes out of his way to help out wherever he can. The new maintenance man, Peter, is fast, friendly and efficient. I hope they stick around.

I’m a recent transplant from New York and this was my first big move. I had some reservations about finding the right place, especially after spending 6 years in my last apartment. While the 2 bedroom floor plan here that we wanted wasn’t available on the time frame we’re working on, Christian was lovely to work with! The property itself is great as well; we just couldn’t make a 1 bedroom happen with both of us working from home. I really appreciated Christian’s follow through and attention to detail, even though we ultimately did not lease here.

I'm looking to move in July and made an appointment to start looking around. I got the opportunity to tour with Christian and he was so friendly and kind. He let me know that it's a little early to know exactly what will be available during my time frame, but spent time showing me how to apply and offered to follow up and check in during late May. I really like both the location and the floor plans I saw!

A beautiful apartment with exceptionally supportive staff. Christian Villafuerte went above and beyond to ensure I was well-informed and taken care of throughout every step of the move. I can’t recommend him enough!

Wonderful experience all around! The building is well-constructed with nice amenities. Christian and Naomi are kind, professional, and efficient.
